One reason why there are no dates listed for The High Strung Bluegrass Band may possibly be because their banjo player had to move to Nashville when he became the new Executive Director of The IBMA. As a teenager Paul Schiminger heard Earl Scruggs on the album, "The World of Flatt & Scruggs". He also has worked as head of not-for-profit business development at Wilmington Trust in Baltimore.
Join us as we sit down for a discussion with Paul on the first day of the IBMA Expo 2016. Paul discusses what his duties are as Executive Director of The International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) as well as some other interesting topics
